Introduction A course designed to give practical guidance on how to deliver
effective training to small groups in a workshop environment. The
opportunity is given to observe, practice and discuss key techniques
for training delivery.
Who should attend
This course is
specifically designed for people who have recently undertaken or who
will shortly undertake the role of training deliverer and who have
little or no experience in this field.
It is appropriate
for those who will deliver short courses to small groups (6 to 12
people) rather than for those involved in the instruction of
operational procedures or manual skills. A training instructor
course would be recommended if this were the case.

the end of the course participants will be able to:

training which are appropriate to the learning needs of
the group

Teaching
methods:
There will
be a mixture of theoretical input from the tutor along with
experiential learning and group discussion.
