Introduction
Today’s Senior Management task is changing in focus.
Three components require particularly close attention: developing
people, managing change and strategic planning. The
Executive Development Ltd Senior Management Programme is
designed to equip executives, senior managers and those aspiring to
take the lead in business. The
context of this programme is set in an era when success
increasingly depends on the management and leadership of
people.
The course is spread over a number of weeks to allow the
delegates to progress with project work and test new found
knowledge. We also have a deliberate policy of keeping the
delegate numbers to a minimum per course to enable each
delegate to gain maximum tutor time.
Three different tutors, all experts in their field will
input into the programme.
