| Introduction The use
of project planning and project management skills is
increasingly being required of most managers. This two-day
course introduces delegates to the higher level of project
management skills, using the de facto standards of ‘Projects
in Controlled Environments’. This will enable participants
to specify, resource, plan and efficiently manage a whole
range of projects.
You will learn a wide range of techniques and skills,
which are practised during the course using the relevant
exercises or case studies. This gives delegates the
confidence to transfer these new skills back to the work
place.

- Understand the principals of PRINCE and PRINCE2
project management processes.
Teaching
