Interview Skills

 

  Introduction

Professional interview skills are an increasing requirement for modern managers and executives. Not only to recruit but also to communicate in a number of different areas. The ability to plan effectively before the interview, to use open questioning techniques and listening skills and to assess body language can be significantly enhanced on this workshop. Appraisal, coaching and grievance and disciplinary situations all require the manager to be confident in this area.

The course distinguishes between the different types of interview, covers the importance of proper planning and preparation and practices the communication skills needed to improve performance.
