Introduction
One of our most popular topics, this workshop unravels the mysteries
of accounting and finance for non-financial managers. An overview
of accounting conventions, profit and loss, balance sheets and cash
flow forecasting set the scene for discussions on planning, performance
measure and budgeting.
Identification of key financial ratios and other performance indicators
give the delegates an array of tools and knowledge with which to
improve their performance. The workshop is individually tailored
to the ability of the attendees, and as such, it is important that
delegates are of a similar level of understanding for each workshop
where possible.
