Introduction
Time is a limited and expensive resource that requires a significant
amount of management. If time was money, would we spend it so freely?
This workshop is designed to isolate aspects of your time management
that are in need of improvement and suggest ways in which personal
effectiveness can be improved.
Poor management of your time and that of others can lead to the
creation of stress. How do you spot the warning signals in yourself
and others? How do you minimise the stress factor in your workplace?
The workshop is designed to provide practical advice on how to manage
this key issue. By recognising the value of time management to both
yourself and the organisation, you can identify and guard against
the primary causes of poor time management for yourself and your
team as well as minimise stress in the workplace.
