Introduction
This is one of the key skills for any aspiring executive or
manager. The ability to clearly lead people towards your business
goals is fundamental to success. This course looks at the various
different aspects of leadership. It explores whether or not
leadership is a skill that you can learn, or do you have to be born
with the ability? We discuss and observe leadership styles, look at
the concept of situational leadership and the need to adapt our
preferred style of leadership to suit the circumstances.
Who should attend:
This is an ideal introduction to the subject for newly or soon to
be promoted
