  Introduction

Businesses spend a lot of money on Public Relations and for good reason. Effective PR can bring a wide range of benefits to any organisation, improving your reputation, improving your image and ultimately your profitability. The course takes the delegates through the process of developing a PR campaign for a complex scenario. Who to influence, how to acheiev this and what methods to use have to be discussed and evaluated. This is followed by a presentation to a real live journalist! The end result is practical experience in developing, managing and implementing a PR campaign.
