Assessment centres

With our expertise in training, personal development and profiling, we have considerable background in the design and delivery of assessment centre type programmes.

These can range from simple one-day formats to the more complex two or three day events. Purposes include the assessment of graduate management trainees to the identification of existing employees for promotion or fast track development.

Centres can be run in-house with the availability of suitable facilities or we can assist in the location of a suitable external venue.
