Psychometric Testing services

In association with our registered psychometric testing facility, we are able to provide a full range of tests such as the Cattell 16PF alongside our Belbin team role profile service to assist with recruitment, assessment centres or promotion.

More specialist aptitude tests are also available and we are happy to advise our clients on the options available to them. This includes an innovative on-line 360 degree analysis service.

This service can be offered on a bureau basis or as part of a training and development programme or course.

Specialist help and advice can be given on the results obtained by our psychologist if required. This service enables you to make the best possible use of the data in conjunction with traditional methods of assessment.
